The Client

As software specialists, Logical Minds knew all about sharpening businesses processes for optimum project delivery. But despite developing acclaimed software systems for a host of big name clients, it lacked brand awareness across West Yorkshire, the North East and other key target markets.

The Brief

The main objectives of the press relations campaign were:

 

a. To build awareness of Logical Minds’ software solutions including its CRM and sales forecasting systems
b. To build brand awareness through the West Yorkshire, Pharmacy, Motor and Stadia press
c. To promote successful projects with clients such as York Racecourse, Screen Yorkshire and Co-op Pharmacy Group
d. To help generate enquiries for Logical Minds’ software solutions
e. To position Managing Director David Weaver as a project management expert and an Industry Leadership Commentator
 

The Campaign

This two-year press relations campaign achieved regular coverage for Logical Minds in the West Yorkshire press, highlighting successful software projects for clients such as Hamilton Park Racecourse, Screen Yorkshire and Round Table. 

Further coverage was also secured in the relevant pharmacy, motor and stadia press with a view to building profile and credibility in these sectors.

Press releases were also converted into search engine optimised case studies for use on the Logical Minds web site.

A number of advice-style articles in the Yorkshire Post and Yorkshire Business Insider also established David Weaver as a project management expert and Industry Leadership Commentator.
